Bilingual Sales Manager

**SALES MANAGER**
Toshiba Tec Canada Business Solution is looking for a Sales Manager in Quebec with a minimum of 5 years B2B Technology Equipment Sales/Services/Software related Sales management experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Revenue sales generation and overall daily sales operation of the Quebec branch
- Recruitment, development, training, and supervision of all sales employees
- Consistently motivate and drive sales team performance through weekly and monthly sales review meetings and provide strong sales leadership
- Develop and implement sales plans to ensure that sales and revenue quotas are reached
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial sales targets and provide sales reports
- Meet and exceed sales and GP budget
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B Technology Equipment Sales/Services/Software related sales management experience
- University degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or another related field
- Ability to supervise and manage effectively
- Proven track record of sales success, along with strong training & coaching skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
- Well-developed organizational, sales leadership, and strategic planning skills
