We are currently looking for a full-time** Bilingual Branch Manager or Territory Sales Manager (French and English)**, to cover our **Quebec territory**. This is a remote role based in Montreal or surrounding areas, with frequent on-site visits to prospective leads or existing business in your client portfolio.
**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Develop effective sales plans to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service delivery while identifying potential new sales opportunities.
- Develop territory action plans through comprehensive data analysis, adjusting sales techniques based on field interactions.
- Assess local market conditions to identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and handling objections.
- Network effectively to enhance the presence and reputation of the branch and the company.
- Continuously develop and implement territory action plans through thorough data analysis, adjusting sales techniques based on field interactions and results.
**Qualifications/Skills**
- Direct or outside sales experience (Dental or Medical Device Industry experience considered and asset) preferred
- Proven sales experience in either dental or medical supplies/equipment preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver license, vehicle, safe driving record, and have auto insurance
