**Customer** Service Representative, **Full-Time (Outbound Agent)**

**Job Location**: Client Contact Center, Saskatoon**

**Work Schedule**

**Flexibility required to work evenings and Saturdays (based on a six week rotation)**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Placing outbound calls to our customers and (hopefully soon-to-be-customers) to share information about our FFUN sales initiatives, service appointments and follow-ups
- Provide our customers with the best of the best when it comes to their experience with us.
- Develop and follow strategies and processes for maintaining contact with customers
- Manage customer information databases
- Setting and confirming customer appointments
- Produce reports when necessary

**Some superhero traits we are looking for**:

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations
- Customer service guru, in other words a people person
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Computer literate and telephone savvy
- Passion for teamwork
- Organization skills that put Marie Kondo to the test
- **_Bonus points if you have call center experience specifically in outbound sales_**
