As a Front Desk/Administrative Assistant at our construction services company, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, while also performing essential administrative tasks to support daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel or location.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.

Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and electronic.

Maintain and update client and vendor databases, ensuring accuracy.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service abilities.

Accuracy in documentation and data entry.

Basic computer skills.

Pay: $22.70-$26.55 per hour
