Tillsonburg, Canada 3E Power Services Ltd. Full time

3E Distribution, a division of 3E Power Services Ltd. requires a motivated Administrative Coordinator to assist our team in maintaining exceptional customer care and the expansion of our industry services.

Job Duties
- Scheduling the delivery and installation of products with customers and subtrades.
- Perform daily/weekly project review.
- Accounts payable entry, such as purchase orders, authorizations, and invoices.
- Track and follow up with warranty claims.
- Assist Inventory with counts and adjustments.
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate records and files in their proper locations.
- When necessary, assist in compiling data for various reports, including supporting the Project Managers, Estimator and Engineer.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in accounting/bookkeeping/finance is an asset.
- Adjusts and is flexible to meet changing work needs and demands.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- Excellent time management, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Superior customer service skills with an aptitude to understand the customers’ business and maintain strong relationships
- Positive energy
- Ability to work both independently, with little supervision and within a team environment.

Working Conditions
- Work is primarily indoors, mostly seated; occasional warehouse support as required.
- Able to occasionally lift items as heavy as 30 lbs.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Overtime as required.
