**Kinetic Environmental Ltd.** has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for **Project Coordinator/Junior Estimator** to provide administrative, clerical and client/subtrade liaison support to the Project Management and Estimating Teams as required. Provides support to the Estimating team with all pre-construction and estimating activities and to grow with us.

**Position Specifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline/equivalent experience
- 0 - 5 years experience in Hazardous Materials Abatement, Demolition, Construction or related field
- Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture, or direct experience equivalent
- Construction Related Technology Certificate Diploma is an asset
- 0+ years of experience in Pre-Construction, Estimating, and/or related field
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards
- Basic understanding of construction sequences
- Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, SmartSheet and Procore
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
- Any estimating, quantity take off software knowledge is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction documents.
- Must have strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.
- Must be self-motivated with strong willingness and ability to learn and to be challenged.
- Strong analytical, above average mathematical skills, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to document and organize information efficiently and accurately
