**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**The Psychologist provides psychological services to Inpatient and Outpatient Mental Health Services in an appropriate, efficient and cost-effective manner. S/he preserves wherever possible the access to Psychological services through the Universal Accessibility system.**

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:
**Ph.D. in Psychology.**

**Registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario**

**WHO YOU ARE**:
**Well-developed skills in the areas of Psychometric Assessment and report writing.**

**Effective communication skills are essential both for the purpose of explaining test results/diagnosis, etc. and for providing treatment.**

**Sound knowledge of the principal theories of the Personality Functioning which are relevant to the delivery of Psychological Services within our programs.**

**Requisite academic preparation for the provision of Individual and Group Therapy programs, relevant clinical experience, and will have demonstrated the willingness to further develop such clinical skills on an ongoing basis.**

**Demonstrated computer competency including familiarity with relevant software programs.**

**Demonstrated commitment to a multi-disciplinary team treatment approach as demonstrated by a collaborative and collegial attitude.**

**Willingness to share knowledge and expertise with other team members.**
