Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining a high standard of patient care. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, implementing improvements as needed
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
- Manage patient scheduling, ensuring timely appointments and mínimal wait times
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, medical history, and treatments
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with billing department to ensure accurate coding and billing practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinic management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in clinic management or healthcare administration
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
