Call Centre Agent

**Responsibilities**:

- Responds quickly and effectively to customer questions
- Responds to requests for service and assistance
- Maintains confidentiality
- Remains open to others' ideas and tries new things
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Multi tasks to document while speaking with the consumer
- Looks for ways to improve and promote quality
- Monitors own work to ensure quality

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent call center experience
- Typing or data entry skills 35 + WPM
- Dispute resolution skills are a huge plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with prospective and existing members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
