We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant with marketing experience to support daily operations and help drive our brand forward through website and digital engagement. **Office hours**: Monday to Thursday (9-4) & Friday (9-2).
**Position Summary**
The Administrative & Marketing Assistant will ensure smooth daily operations by supporting office and leadership needs. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and a self-starter, able to balance multiple responsibilities effectively in a dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Office Administration & Support**
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for both internal and external use.
- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems and support inventory and warehouse organization, including assistance with shipping and receiving.
**Marketing & Digital Engagement**
- Update website content and assist in the coordination of digital and print marketing materials to promote brand initiatives.
- Engage with customers on social media, manage inquiries, and enhance online presence.
- Track and analyze website metrics, suggesting strategies to improve digital engagement.
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with website management tools (WordPress or other CMS platforms).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, website analytics, and digital marketing principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
