**We are seeking an experienced individual to fill our Consulting and Strategic Audit Coordinator position. **Under the
guidance of the Director, Internal Audit, responsible for the coordination and administration of consulting and assurance services,
and a dynamic portfolio of strategic audit initiatives. This responsibility includes the development and implementation of annual and
long-term work plans as well as regular contact with Senior Management and Executive. This responsibility also includes the
discussion and review of internal audit reports with members of operational and senior management, and the Audit, Finance and
Risk Committee, as required.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Through consultation with the Director, Internal Audit, identify current and future business unit issues in need of strategic

audit.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives determined to be strategic in terms of improving the corporate achievement of

strategic goals.
- For each strategic audit engagement, design an audit strategy that demonstrates compliance with the standards required of

the auditing profession as detailed by the Institute of Internal Auditors and/or other standard-setting organizations.
- Communicate and interact with audit clients, internal audit staff and other personnel in order to coordinate engagement

requirements, resolve audit issues and achieve the desired corrective actions.
- Report on all audit and facilitation activities.
- Attend meetings of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors and liaise with members of the external
- audit staff, as required.- Participate in meetings of select corporate committees as necessary.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Chartered Professional Accountant designation with a minimum of five years related audit experience combined with

progressively responsible work experience as a professional, demonstrating the skills and abilities required for the position.
- Demonstrated, solid analytical skills to review complicated business processes and offer constructive and practical

recommendations for enhancement.
- Possess a broad knowledge of corporate operations and issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate group sessions.
- Very good interpersonal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with staff at various levels,
- including senior management.- Flexibility to adapt to an oft-changing environment and to schedule work and resources related to multiple assignments, in
- order to meet competing deadlines.- Demonstrated ability to utilize the technical and specialized skills of the audit team, including seconded line staff and external

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $44.05-$60.82 Hourly,
$84,411.86-$116,541.10 Annually.
