The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for a Partnerships Seasonal Associate

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join the Toronto Blue Jays Partnerships team. Reporting to the Manager, Partnership Marketing, this part-time, contract role will support in the execution of a wide range of initiatives for the Club’s portfolio of Corporate Partners throughout the baseball season. Working alongside the Partnerships team you will be a key contributor in helping to bring our partnerships to life.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Partnership Marketing team with a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:

- Corporate Partner in-game activations, stadium activations, and other gameday initiatives.
- Contest planning and fulfillment.
- Execution of partner hospitality events and select special projects throughout the season
- Department merchandise request and management.
- Mid and End-of-season recap reports, including gathering and compiling partner photos, data, and research.
- Support the Partnership Development Team with category research, development of new business presentations, and asset mock-ups.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 year of Marketing, Sponsorship, and/or industry-related experience preferred.
- University Degree (Marketing, Business or Sport Management specialty preferred).
- Experience in a client or customer facing position.
- Strong team player. Collaborative in nature and open to performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Comfortable working most Blue Jays home games, with the ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays throughout the season.
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task with attention to detail and sound judgement.
- Critical and strategic thinker; ability to be proactive and offer solutions.
- Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills; required to work under pressure and rise to creative challenges under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Valid class G driver’s license
- Assets we are looking for: Creative design and presentation skills, photography skills, and familiarity with experiential activations.
