**The Role**:
The Maintenance and Project Construction Supervisor is accountable for leading the execution within the Chemicals and Distribution production units of all non-routine work activities safely, efficiently and in accordance with applicable premises, approved work processes, and standards for the Maintenance and Construction departments.

This role has single point accountability for the execution of Major Maintenance, Turnaround events, and project construction, and ensuring area alignment with Routine Maintenance supervisor and Production. The Chemicals and Distribution Maintenance and Project Construction Supervisor is responsible for aligning resource strategies with other execution supervisors.

**Accountabilities**:

- Accountable for ensuring alignment of resource strategy with Routine and Non-Routine supervisors (movement and optimization of key resources during TA and construction)
- Accountable for the execution of turnaround events up to 500,000 direct field labor hours
- Line leadership and accountability for TA Event Team
- Supports the TA work scope collection process and contributes to the scope challenge and selection process driving towards optimized scope to deliver against premises
- Coordinates the integration of all scope, including capital projects and catalyst changes for Non-Routine (Major Maintenance and Project Construction)
- Works with Project Controls to develop cost estimates for work scope challenge, and bottoms up detailed estimate for input to FID IP
- Support the development of Contracting strategy for all Non-Routine execution
- Responsible for spending against budget for TA, project construction and major maintenance in the area
- Works closely with operations counterparts to ensure proper integration. Responsible for seamless integration of shutdown, decon, maintenance, commissioning, and startup plans for all non-routine activities in the area
- Develops the non-routine execution organization plan for area
- Support TA Coordinators and execution team within TA events and accountable for the overall quality and productivity of work in the field.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Minimum of 8 years of related work experience in Major Maintenance, Turnarounds and Project Construction activities
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
