Le programme de formation en courtage d’assurances de Marsh est un programme de deux ans conçu pour développer les compétences des diplômés à fort potentiel et accélérer leur carrière grâce à une formation formelle, des projets structurés et une expérience pratique dans de nombreux aspects de nos activités : gestion des clients, conseil aux clients et placement.

Une fois le programme terminé, les analystes occupent des postes dans toute l’entreprise, qui sont axés sur le développement et la croissance continuels de leur carrière.

**UN JOUR TYPE PEUT INCLURE**:

- Évaluer des propositions de prix et comparer les offres de couverture pour nos clients
- Négocier des conditions et des garanties avec les assureurs
- Créer et développer des rapports d’analyse comparative
- Établir et entretenir des relations avec les clients et les marchés mondiaux des assurances
- Préparer des présentations destinées aux clients ou des rencontres avec les clients éventuels
- Créer et présenter les documents de stratégie de renouvellement interne et externe
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction sur des projets de grande ampleur
- Créer un réseau de collègues à tous les niveaux de l’entreprise
- Collaborer avec des pairs et un mentor de niveau supérieur

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Gradué d'un programme de baccalauréat en commerce, administration des affaires, économie, finance, comptabilité, gestion du risque et assurances ou tout autre domaine connexe **entre décembre 2023 et juin 2024.**
- Démonstration d’expérience pertinente dans le cadre d’un stage ou activités parascolaires.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à entretenir des relations interpersonelles positives
- Pensée critique et résolution de problèmes
- Capacité unique à faire preuve de débrouillardise
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Leadership démontré ou initiative à l’école, au travail ou dans la collectivité
