Granted consulting is seeking a diligent multitasker who enjoys working with numbers and solution-finding processes in the administration and finance area to help us grow the operational capacity of the business.

The successful applicant will work solo with support from the General Manager to control contracts, accounts payables, accounts receivables and general financial support including client claims.

You will lead by example.

This role will include three primary skills sets:
**Finance**: All tasks related to account payable & receivable. Sharing data with the team on overdue accounts. Managing internal business financial payments, along with payroll duties.

**Administration Coordination**: Works in partnership with other members of the team. Ensures the timely and effective delivery of key activities by determining the invoicing schedule, preparing materials, maintaining a timeline and follow-up with clients. Activities include, but are not limited to accounts payable, account receivables, grant lead forms, company information forms, and onboarding workflow.

**Claims Coordination**:Organizing and completing claims alongside clients vetting receipts, pay stubs and finance documents against grant eligibility.
- 1 year of bookkeeping or financial data entry/office experience
- Completed College and/or University diploma in a related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to excel under pressure
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and multi-task
- “Can-do” attitude, enthusiastic, disciplined
- Initiative and willingness to learn and take on new tasks

**COMPENSATION**

This posting is for a part time position at 10-20 hours per week (Monday - Friday). Primarily remote with 1 day in the office if located within the Vancouver area. Benefits include paid vacation time starting at 2 weeks per year, plus 1 week off paid between Christmas and New Year. 5 days paid sick leave and 2 personal paid days per year (all pro rata based on hours worked). We also offer 2 paid volunteering days per year and extended health and wellness benefits. All staff members receive additional paid vacation days per calendar year worked. Hourly wage range: $20.00 - $22.00
