We have an immediate opening for a Document Assembly Specialist to join our growing team at Cleanlist. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent, self-motivated individual who’s passionate about process and organization to ensure our clients’ documents are meticulously produced and prepared on-time for Canada Post delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
Your objective will be to ensure that our clients’ documents are printed and prepared for mailing on time and to the highest quality standards, including:

- Produce daily batches of personalized and confidential client mailings, on time and without error. This work includes:

- Laser printing documents prepared in advance by our data department.
- Folding and inserting documents into envelopes using Cleanlist’s high-tech mail production machines.
- Scheduling shipments with our courier company for daily delivery to Canada Post.
- Manage material inventory to avoid shortages yet minimize inventory on hand such that production schedules are fulfilled.
- Manage relationships with equipment service providers to ensure that equipment failures don’t jeopardize delivery deadlines.
- Maintain an exceptionally clean and well-organized production facility that’s always “tour ready” for client and stakeholder visits.

- Exceptional organizational skills.

- A natural ability to be fast and agile, monitoring multiple processes at once.
- A passion for cleanliness of your work environment.
- An ability to work independently, without supervision.
- An ability to diagnose issues and plan corrective action.
- Mechanically inclined and able to self-correct minor mechanical issues.
- An ability to be flexible with working hours, working more or less hours each day depending on order volume.
- Transportation to and from work at our Industrial Road facility.
- The ability to operate a fork lift truck to move pallets, or willingness to learn.

This position requires on-site attendance at our facility on Industrial Road, London, Ontario.
