Product-Led-Growth Marketing Project/Program Manager

**Job Summary**

The PLG Program supports the strategy, execution and delivery of programs that seek to materially shift the trajectory of our business. Reporting to and partnering with the VP of Product Led Growth Marketing, this role will serve as an agile project manager on one or several workstreams. This individual will need to have mastered project management skills to then help teams formulate plans from ambiguity, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks from the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead global, cross functional workstreams focused on accelerating our product led growth practice
- Use program and project management best practices to help teams execute programs on time, on budget, and within project goal specifications
- Ensure program and/or project goals and objectives are met. Lead benefit realization exercises including budget operationalization and management
- Analyze solutions from multiple angles, provide recommendations considering the needs of cross functional teams, and assess priority based on fit to agreed organizational criteria
- Present to the PLG staff making detailed, prioritized recommendations, communicating risks and program status, facilitating discussions, and driving decision making
- Lead program status reporting highlighting risks, issues, and concerns
- Create and communicate program charter, scope, and goals to stakeholders
- Baseline current process performance, set objectives and complete cost benefit assessments.
- Create metrics and dashboards to measure process efficiencies to validate results
- Possess the confidence to challenge the status quo and ensure project conversations drive innovative thinking
- Estimate and request funding and resources. Track budget actuals and forecast spend
- Identify and engage appropriate stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive conflict resolution
- Resolve issues and escalate as required.

**Qualifications**
- Background in SaaS industry including a working understanding of product implementations, marketing operations, go-to-market, and user experience
- Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies - a good understanding how to get frequent/regular deliverables in an iterative manner
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Experience leading cross functional workshops and meetings
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent influencing and change management skills
- Highly organized and ability to prioritize
- Experience working for a Global organization across multiple functions & regions
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Highly pro-active & ability to work independently
- Enthusiastic and a passion to learn and develop
- 5+ years’ experience in related field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP Certification preferred / or certifications in agile preferred
- Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)

- San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $128,000 to $211,000
- California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland
