**Your Impact**

As the VP of People and Culture, you will lead people operations at Plooto. You will guide, mentor and support the current People Team and build on it by making the necessary investments in hiring (e.g. recruiters) and our tech stack (e.g. learning) to support Plooto’s post-Series B growth. Plooto is Great Place to Work certified, and Plootonians have constantly given an overall eNPS of >50. We want to build on this strong foundation further as we scale the team and operations.

You will report directly to the CEO and oversee the following key areas: Culture & Communication, Operating Model, Recruitment, Performance & Rewards, Learning, People Operations/Legal

**Culture & Communication**: Develop, execute and track high-impact strategies that drive a merit-based high performing culture aligned with Plooto’s Leadership Principles. Align with the CEO and Leadership team on communication tactics (e.g. Townhall, Board, Social Media, Ad-hoc Announcements etc.) and collect feedback to improve such messaging further.

**Org Design**: Be a strategic partner to the CEO and Department Leads, recommending best practices when it comes to an org structure that is inspired by case studies of successful scaled-up software companies

**Hybrid Model**: Develop and execute a Hybrid work strategy that makes the best of both worlds: remote and in-office. Ensure tactics align with the overall strategy (e.g. inclusive social events, collaboration tech stack etc.) and that its results are trackable (e.g. engagement, attendance, satisfaction etc.)

**Recruiting**: Use a data-driven mindset to continuously monitor and improve our recruiting/interview processes (speed to hire, pipeline, bottlenecks etc.) Oversee recruitment marketing efforts that leverage Plooto’s brand, culture, team and network of current Plootonians. Track the success of such efforts (e.g. employee testimonials, social media engagement) and improve tactics.

**Centers of Excellence**: Develop and execute a strategy around Centers of Excellence where Plooto can build a strong presence where and when it makes sense based on agreed-upon tenets/success criteria. Develop early learning loops that are KPI driven (e.g. tie performance data to each Center of Excellence)

**Performance and Rewards**: Build on Plooto’s Performance Review Framework by rolling out an updated Framework based on internal feedback and external best practices. Ensure compensation is tied to performance and total rewards are competitive in the marketplace.

**Learning**: Oversee the learning initiatives and drive the fast rollout of high-quality training and development programs.

**Operations / Legal**: Work closely with Plooto’s Analytics team to roll out a high-quality, real-time People KPI Dashboard. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable requirements in jurisdictions where Plooto is present.

You’ve been an integral part of fast-growing, high-performing tech companies throughout your career as a People and Culture leader. As a SME, you have in-depth knowledge across talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management and compliance. You are also a hands-on doer who can double up as a Player Coach. You have strong project management skills to roll out your programs on time without sacrificing quality. Plootonians are data-driven and so are you; you are curious by nature and dig into the quantitative aspects of previous roles. As a Leader in the space, you have a network of peers who can act as advisors as well as attract and retain high-performing Plootonians.
