As a bilingual (English & French) auto physical damage claims advisor, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients for all claims.

You handle low-complexity property insurance claims and all types of auto insurance claims. You investigate and approve claims in accordance with the organization’s standards and policies.

You draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve problems, develop solutions, negotiate claims settlements and enter into agreements with members, clients, third parties and others.

You assist members, clients and practitioners. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Conduct investigations to assess damage, estimate costs and market value, review reports and other documents, and determine settlement amounts- Settle claims in accordance with the organization’s standards, policies and quality commitments as well as the contract terms to ensure client satisfaction- Work with all parties involved in claims- Negotiate agreements with providers

Other working conditions- The work arrangement for the position is full-time telework. #LI-Remote Employees choosing telework will be requested to occasionally attend on-site/in person activities throughout the year. This could include performance appraisals (Objectives, mid/end year reviews, etc), Training/Coaching, team meetings and any other specific request from the manager. The frequency of meetings in the office may vary depending on the needs of the employee. Employees will be informed in advance for a presence on site. Employees are always welcome to the office if they choose to attend more frequently- Number of jobs available : 5

**Qualifications**:
- College diploma in a related field- A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Specific knowledge- Advanced knowledge of French and English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with French and English speaking partners, members and/or clients
