CF Interiors offers leading interior design selections from modern, classic and transitional furnishings and accessories to suit any aesthetic, and has become Western Canada's premiere furniture store destination.

We are currently seeking an administrative guru with exceptional attention to detail to join our busy head office in North Vancouver as our new Order Desk Administrator. As the Order Desk Administrator you will be working directly with our retail sales teams to ensure that their orders are processed accurately and efficiently. We are looking for someone with a proactive approach that will stay on top of order timelines and provide regular updates to the retail team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process orders for all four locations
- Confirm pricing on orders is correct and ordering guidelines have been followed
- Ensure all forms are filled out correctly and completed prior to submission of orders
- Create new product codes for items that are not in the operating system and adjust existing codes as necessary
- Process order acknowledgements and verify with each purchase order for accuracy
- Communicate with sales representatives regarding back orders, items past ETA, or other order issues as they arise throughout the order process
- Filing of all order desk related documents

**Required Experience + Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks with great attention to detail
- Logistics and/or distribution experience is an asset
- Team player with an upbeat and helpful attitude
- Enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment
- High school diploma required
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word, navigating the web, ability to type 50+ wpm
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30 pm

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
