**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Execute real estate deal transactions, manage trade sheets, and settle contracts.
- Monitor and refresh real estate processes to abide by applicable laws and regulations.
- Broker Load: Uploading MLS Listings, Update/Change Status, Upload Photos, Scanning and Uploading Documents, Price changes etc.
- Broker Bay: Managing Appointments, Updating information etc.
- Ability to Navigate TRREB
- Database Management
- High Knowledge of Paperwork/Offers: Preparing offers, completing or obtaining documents for Deals, use of Authentisign when required.
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
- May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure all files are kept up to date and organized
- Experience with Accounting and Deals Departments within the Real Estate Field
- Any other admin works as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred.

Pay: From $17.18 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
