**Day-to-Day Duties**:

- **Merchandise products** (shoes, handbags, accessories) in alignment with visual merchandising standards.
- **Perform grid verifications** to ensure floor fixtures are arranged according to visual guidelines.
- **Replenish stock as needed**to ensure displays are fully stocked and appealing.
- **Ensure** visual instructions and st**andards are consistently followed** throughout the store.
- **Reorganize and re-box**outdated stock from previous displays to maintain a streamlined inventory.
- **Maintain** a neat, organized, and attractive in-store environment, ensuring displays are always presentable.
- **Regularly clean and maintain** interior and exterior windows, as well as window displays, to ensure they are in top condition.
- **Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep** of visual merchandising supplies and signage.
- **Manage both the front and back of the store** to ensure the overall visual presentation is cohesive and inviting.
- **Confirm that bestsellers are prominently featured** on sale racks to boost visibility and sales.
- **Assist in the setup and preparation for store openings,** ensuring all visual elements are ready to create an impactful launch.
