**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment and Enrolment, the Graduate Recruiter will leverage their recent experience as a college student to recruit and convert domestic students in specific markets through assisting in the execution of a series of on and off-campus and virtual events and activities aimed at meeting the enrolment targets of the College. The incumbent is an ambassador for Loyalist College, who will build and cultivate relationships with prospective students, as well as maintain relationships with key stakeholder/influencer groups. The Graduate Recruiter will work closely with the Coordinator of Recruitment and other staff across the college to align recruitment programming with strategic enrolment goals.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assists in the execution of a series of on and off campus (locally, provincially and beyond) and virtual events and activities
- Travels across the province and beyond to deliver presentations to a variety of prospective students and stakeholders
- Builds and cultivates relationships with prospective students, as well as maintain relationships with key stakeholder/influencer groups
- Provides campus tours for prospective students
- Provides information to prospective students about Loyalist College
- Performs direct and indirect market outreach
- Assists in compiling recruitments statistics and trends
**Qualifications**:
- Completion of a two (2) year diploma from Loyalist College
- A recent graduate (within the last 2 years) with current and relevant student experience
- Knowledge of Loyalist College programs and student services
- Exceptional customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of office-related software (i.e. MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving abstract, and is insurable for vehicle rentals.
