**Overview**
The Professional Training Program Administration/Registrar is responsible for the management of programs, processes and services that support the Professional Training Program (PTP) students (September to June & Summer Dance Intensive) during the school year by liaising with affiliate schools, and providing guidance and support to students, parents and homestay providers from their first point of contact with the Quinte Ballet School of Canada (QBSC) through until graduation.
Coordinate and manage PTP activities including: school calendar, admissions and registration, collection of information, liaison with local school contacts and international student recruiters, audition tours, open houses, medical and physio appointments, field trips, dancewear orders, student transportation, performances and special events, graduation, homestay assessment, and organization, providing support in the management & implementation of decisions on student bursaries/financial aid and awards.
Supports the Artistic Director and Assistant Artistic Director/Studio Manager in the areas of levelling, class and special event scheduling, grading, handling of homestay assessments and parent enquiries, special projects and correspondence. Assist Artistic Director and Assistant Artistic Director/Studio Manager in development of production/rehearsal schedules for QBSC performances & SDI demo and support the artistic and technical needs of Holiday Dance, Assemblé and Spring Showcase performances and other duties as assigned by Artistic Director and Assistant Artistic Director/Studio Manager.
