**Cleaning Skills & Experience**

Job responsibilities/functions to include, but are not limited to:

- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs;
- Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms and management office;
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary;
- Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals;
- Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times;
- General maintenance of grounds; including maintaining the grounds, picking up litter, raking and sweeping exterior grounds;
- Clean vacant units upon direction from the Site Manager;
- To maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies;
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery as needed;
- Interact with residents, visitors, staff, and tradespeople professionally;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned;
- Responding to after-hours emergencies;
- Knowledge of Ontario Fire Code and Building Codes required;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience within a residential property is required;
- Ability to work with and relate to a diverse client base, including people of various cultures, abilities, and social and economic backgrounds;
- Must maintain confidentiality;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required upon hire;
- Possess physical abilities to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repetitively during working hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$33,000.00 per year

- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
