**The Position**: Window Cleaning Technician
- Want to make a living wage. All employees at Elite start at a minimum of $20/hr + tips.
- Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills.
- Want to work outside and in a team environment on a daily basis.
- Are self-disciplined, motivated, and responsible.
- Are natural problem solvers.
- Are a licensed driver.
- Get fulfillment through completing work at a high degree of quality.

**What You Will Do**:
- Complete exterior and interior window cleaning jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Excel in a team environment.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
- Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
- Be rewarded for your efforts and success.
**What You Will Get**:
- A consistent 8am-4pm schedule.
- A living wage (starting at $20/hr+Tips)

**Contract length**:9 months to start.
**Job Types**:Full Time Contract With Potential For Extension.
**Hourly Rate**:$20+ Tips.

Contract length: 9 months
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
