Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products or services.
Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Calling:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.
Conduct follow-up calls with existing customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions.

Help maintain customer databases and lists for marketing purposes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.

Administrative Tasks:Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain and organize office records and documents.
Assist in managing the office's daily operations.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Previous experience in customer service or marketing is a plus but not required.
