Mobilisation
- Accompagner les leaders et les cadres supérieurs dans leur rôle de promoteurs du

changement en faisant appel à une réflexion stratégique.
- Évaluer les risques organisationnels et humains associés au déploiement de solutions

complexes et élaborer des plans d'atténuation avec les promoteurs et les principaux
leaders de l'entreprise.

Planification stratégique
- Élaborer des stratégies et de plans itératifs de gestion du changement basés sur 5 axes

d’intervention, soit la communication, la mobilisation, la formation et l'évaluation qui
favorisent la responsabilité des dirigeants.

Exécution
- Diriger la mise en œuvre des activités et la création de livrables conformément au plan et

à l’échéancier préalablement établis.
- Fournir un état d'avancement régulier dans le cadre de la gouvernance du projet.

Évolution de la méthodologie
- Contribuer à l’évolution de la méthode par l'intégration des meilleures pratiques de

l'industrie et des leçons apprises.
- S’assure que les enjeux et facteurs clé de succès sont bien identifiés et formule des

recommandations en matière de gestion du changement

**EXIGENCES**:

- Diplôme universitaire en relation industrielle, développement organisationnel, ou

discipline connexe.
- Cinq à huit années d'expérience pertinente en gestion du changement
- Expérience en transformation numérique complexes dans un environnement mondial
- Solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles et communications orale et

écrites en français et en anglais
- Capacité d'influencer et d’interagir avec la haute direction
- Excellentes compétences en animation et en présentation
- Habileté à agir comme coach et agent de changement dans un rôle autonome ainsi

qu'en équipe
- Capacité à synthétiser et à vulgariser
- Capacité à agir dans l’ambiguïté, remettre en question le statu quo tout en adaptant

son approche aux besoins des clients
- Leadership d’exécution, être à l’écoute et faire preuve d’agilité
- Certification en gestion du changement PROSC’

**SUMMARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Mobilization
- Support leaders and senior managers in their role as promoters of change by calling on

strategic thinking.
- Assess organizational and human risks associated with deploying complex solutions and

develop mitigation plans with sponsors and key business leaders.

Strategic planning
- Develop strategies and iterative change management plans based on 5 areas of

intervention, namely communication, mobilization, training and evaluation that promote
the responsibility of leaders.

Execution
- Lead the implementation of activities and the creation of deliverables in accordance with

the plan and schedule previously established.
- Manage the overall change management plan and provide regular progress as part of

project governance.

Evolution of change
- Contribute to the evolution of the methodology by integrating industry best practices and

lessons learned.
- Ensures that the issues and key success factors are well identified and makes

recommendations in terms of change management

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree in industrial relations, organizational development, or related discipline.
- Five to eight years of relevant experience in change management
- Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Ability to influence and interact with senior management
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesize and popularize
- Ability to act in ambiguity, question the status quo while adapting its approach to customer needs
- Execution leadership, listening and showing agility
- PROSCI change management certification an asset
