**Immigration Business Development Executive**

Bright Light Immigration Services is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Surrey, BC.

Note: This is a Commision Pay job. If you are good at your work you can write your own paycheck.

**Responsibilities**:
**Position Overview**:As an Immigration Business Development Associate, your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate business opportunities within the immigration services industry. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to connect with potential clients who require immigration assistance, build strong relationships, and drive the growth of our immigration services. This role demands a proactive approach, a deep understanding of immigration processes, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Conduct thorough research to identify individuals, families, and businesses seeking immigration services.
- Utilize online platforms, immigration forums, and industry events to generate potential leads.
- Evaluate the leads to determine their eligibility and potential fit for our immigration services.

Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to position our products/services effectively.
Build and nurture relationships to establish trust and credibility with potential clients.

**Collaboration with Sales and Marketing**:Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Provide market feedback to the marketing team to refine messaging and target audience strategies.
Support the sales team in negotiating and closing deals by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

**Market Research and Analysis**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
Analyze market data to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas for growth.
Translate market insights into actionable strategies to maximize business development efforts.

**Networking and Events**:Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish a strong professional presence.
Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries and build relationships with them.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industries and market trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Education & Experience**:

- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
- Experience in B2B sales preferred

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC V3S 7J1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surrey, BC V3S 7J1
