Kingsville, Canada PETERSON SPRING - KINGSVILLE Full time

**-Must be self motivated, multi tasking & flexible.**

**-Should have a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration and a minimum of 2-4 years of HR experience.**

**-Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Standard Act. Conduct safety audits, meetings and recommendations.**

**-Knowledge of the Quality and Environmental System requirements and ability to ensure Environmental requirements are met and maintained in the HR function**

**-Plan, organize and maintain all training, Salary and Hourly**

**-Process and maintain personnel files for production workers**

**-Prepare and maintain weekly indemnity and LTD claims**

**-Investigate all work-related accident and injuries. Submit any required reports (claims) to Workman’s Compensation Board.**

**-Experience in a Manufacturing environment**

**-Experience with a Unionized workforce. Address and respond to labor union matters**
