**DESCRIPTION**

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne exceptionnelle pour se joindre à notre équipe de vente. Tout en appuyant l'équipe de développement des affaires en établissant des contacts avec des clients potentiels dans le but de générer des prospects de vente. **RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Contrôler et valider les prospects de vente provenant de diverses sources
- Prendre contact dans les 3 heures ouvrables suivant la notification du lead pour qualifier et distribuer les prospects en conséquence
- Générer des leads à partir de bases de données en ligne pour soutenir les segments ciblés
- Préparer des listes d'emplacements pour les comptes nationaux préférentiels
- Établir un premier contact avec le décideur sur place afin d'organiser des rendez-vous pour l'équipe de développement des affaires
- Assurer le suivi des prospects des salons professionnels.
- Gérer et suivre tous contacts avec les clients potentiels
- Utiliser divers systèmes pour recueillir, traiter, enregistrer, récupérer et communiquer les les renseignements nécessaires à la réalisation des activités requises.
- Travailler en collaboration avec ses pairs et autres départements, en tenant les personnes concernées informées afin de garantir l'établissement de relations positives avec les clients.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle et de la vente
- Bilingue

**COMPÉTENCES**
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français
- Très motivé par les incitations offertes
- Compétences interpersonnelles et persuasives développées
- Souci du détail et capacité à examiner l’information avec soin et de manière exhaustive
- Gestion des données et compétences en Excel, un atout
- Capacité à réaliser plusieurs tâches simultanément et à prioriser les tâches en conséquence.

**DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our sales team. This individual is someone who is passionate about sales, motivated to exceed their goals and who is committed to customer satisfaction. Providing support to the business development team by establishing contact with potential clients with the objective of generating warm leads. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and validate incoming leads from various sources
- Make contact within 3 business hours of lead notification to qualify and distribute leads accordingly
- Lead generation from online databases to support targeted segments
- Prepare location lists on preferred national accounts
- Make initial contact with the decision maker on location to arrange appointments for business development team
- Follow-up and track leads from trade shows
- Manage and track all contact with potential clients
- Utilize a multitude of systems to gather, process, log, retrieve, and communicate information to perform required activities
- Work cooperatively with peers and other departments, keeping appropriate individuals informed to ensure positive customer relations are established

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2 years related experience in a customer service and sales role
- Bilingual

**COMPETENCIES**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Highly motivated by incentives offered
- Well-developed interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review information carefully and comprehensively
