**Join Our Team as a Receptionist & Client Support Specialist**

We’re looking for a Receptionist / Client Support Specialist to join our team. **What You’ll Do**:
- **Reception Duties (2 hours daily)**:
- Answer incoming calls, document details accurately, and route them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle interruptions with professionalism and maintain focus.
- **Client Support Duties (remaining hours)**:
- Respond to client inquiries from a shared support queue.
- Utilize multiple programs to provide informed answers.
- Take on tasks that fit your existing skillset, which may include such things as Content Creation, Updating (or creating) Manuals, Creating FAQs, or Updating Website Materials.
**Is This Role Right for You?**
- You’re a strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English skills (Grade 12 level or higher).
- You’re comfortable on the phone, able to guide conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- You’re a fast typist (40+ WPM) and confident navigating computer systems, including CRM platforms and office software.
- You excel under pressure, managing interruptions and emotionally challenging interactions with resilience.
- You have a dedicated workspace at home for uninterrupted remote work.
- You’re eager to learn, open to feedback, and adaptable to new challenges.
- You’re able to commute to Courtenay, BC, for regular in-person team meetings and office-based reception duties.

**What We Offer**:
- **Pay**: $21-$22 per hour to start
