This position is full-time and hybrid work model (both on-site and remote work). Our office is located in Midtown Toronto (Yonge/Eglinton).

Aiori is a modern D2C jewellery brand focused on modern and beautiful pierce-free jewellery for people with sensitive, pierced or unpierced ears. We strive to provide inclusive jewellery designs for everyone.

We are seeking a Junior Paid Marketing Specialist that will manage budgets and campaigns across Paid Marketing channels to drive a strong return on investment. You will be managing the buying, day-to-day optimizations, development, and constantly iterating on a testing design are all parts of your job. Reporting to the Founder and CEO of Aiori, you will be responsible for growing revenue through paid digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns.

**As a Junior Paid Marketing Specialist you will be**:

- Responsible for managing the buying and day-to-day optimizations to reach lead and margin targets across Google, Meta, Tiktok advertisements
- Establish and track KPIs and leading indicators as part of these campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities to drive revenue and profitability within advertising opportunities in Paid Marketing channels
- Conduct A/B testing and analyzing of ad copy, ad visuals and landing pages to continue to refine and improve CTR and CR in cooperation with our in house designer
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns
- Creating video and graphics ads as needed

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- 1-3 years of similar or related professional experience
- Experience and knowledge of Google Analytics and social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok)
- Ability to strategize, work independently, seek information where needed, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills with a data driven mindset and ability to report on findings and offer suggestions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
