**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their performance
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay informed about new products, features, and industry developments

**Skills**:

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Demonstrated ability in account management, business development, and technical sales
- Previous experience in outside sales or technology sales is preferred
