We are looking for an experienced **Office Administrator** with Construction, Submittals and document control experience, a 'get it done' attitude and a passion for organization. This position will be based locally where our projects are in Calgary.

- Entering vendor and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Ability to complete daily administrative duties, ( scanning, filing, sorting mail, fielding phone calls)
