**About the role**
- Our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) shop is currently undergoing a digital transformation. Part of the engineering group is responsible for introducing new digital solutions to improve quality, reduce turnaround time and improve profitability of our services. We currently have two (2) major projects underway: introducing augmented reality to issue work instructions on gas turbine engines and introducing a data driven workflow, to use data to automate and optimize tasks.
- We are currently looking for a highly motivated and innovative intern to join our dynamic team in developing this cutting edge technology. As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of our projects through integration and various tasks.**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the engineering team to design the work instructions which will be introduced in Augmented Reality (AR), tailored for the maintenance of gas turbine engines
- Test the authored work instructions to find & coordinate with aero technicians to finalize the AR instructions
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to find other use cases for AR in our shop, as well as solutions to meet challenges as they arise.
- Conduct research on emerging AR trends and technologies to stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field
- Work in Tableau to develop framework for data-driven workflow
- Collaborate with aero technicians and supervisors to define key success indicators to drive and motivate the workforce.

**What you bring to the role**

**Eight (8) month internships are preferred; however, Four (4) month internships may be considered.**
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of Tableau, or desire to learn. SQL is also an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to deliver high-quality solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Language Requirements in Quebec**
- Intermediate level knowledge of English is necessary for aeronautical personnel to meet regulatory requirements, understand technical procedures and instructions, and document entries regarding work performed on the aeronautical product for customers outside Quebec.
