Description du cours
Programme d'études et enseignement : Préparation à l'expérience finale sur le terrain et à l'entrée dans la profession enseignante. L'accent sera mis sur le développement de la capacité à faire preuve d'un comportement professionnel éthique et responsable dans l'exercice de ses fonctions à travers toutes les compétences professionnelles. La transition finale des portfolios professionnels sera abordée.

Expérience
Connaissance approfondie du contenu du cours tel qu'il est décrit dans la description du cours
Connaissance du Programme de formation de l'école québécoise (PFEQ) et du programme d'études de la commission scolaire partenaire avec laquelle ce cours est donné en collaboration.
Connaissance des 13 compétences professionnelles spécifiées par le ministère de l'Éducation.
Connaissance de l'impact du colonialisme sur les communautés autochtones et expérience éprouvée de l'intégration d'approches pédagogiques axées sur l'équité, la diversité et l'inclusion.
Expérience en tant qu'enseignant, administrateur ou consultant dans la commission scolaire partenaire pour laquelle ce cours est donné.
Expérience de l'enseignement dans le système scolaire primaire du Québec
Expérience réussie de l'enseignement de cours similaires à des enseignants en formation.
Expérience antérieure réussie de l'enseignement de cours similaires dans des communautés autochtones.
Expérience de l'élaboration d'approches pédagogiques fondées sur les connaissances et les pédagogies autochtones.
Autre
Respect des exigences évolutives du programme concernant le contenu du cours et les compétences développées dans le cadre du programme ; le contenu du cours et les références doivent refléter les avancées les plus récentes dans le domaine.
Ce cours doit être adapté au contexte éducatif, social et culturel de la communauté dans laquelle il est dispensé.
