We’re looking for a curriculum development intern (100% remote) that’ll be supporting our team in building great workshop curriculums for our clients. This placement is designed to introduce the student to the field of instructional design, and learning and development.

**Your role**:
As you get to learn more about the organization and the field, you'll be able to refine your experience to best align with your career interests. But here's a list of tasks you can expect to take on as an intern:

- Assist with the planning, development, implementation, and revision of curriculum in keeping with best practices in partnership with key collaborators and stakeholders
- Assist in updates of existing content— internal content (presentations, webinars, documentation) into instructional content, improving existing content
- Assist in conducting workshops as needed

**Types of Projects To Expect**:

- Creating a workshop curriculum around inclusive recruitment, unconscious bias etc
- Conducting an internal workshop around topics such as personal branding, mental health
- Refining our proprietary leadership development framework

**Mandatory Requirements**:
Due to the company policy and external funding arrangement for this placement, you must meet **all the requirements** below.
- Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution as a student
- Legally authorized to work in Canada as a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a protected person under immigration & refugee act

In verifying the conditions above, you will be asked to provide supporting documentation (proof of employment eligibility and proof of enrolment) to both the funding provider and to our recruitment team if you are selected to move forward.

**Skill Sets & Qualifications**:

- Requisition number is “302", keep this in mind to show that you've read+understood the role
- Ability to break down complex information
- Access to computer that is able to process large video files (500MB+)
- Ability to work remotely and autonomously without missing a deadline
- Phenomenal interpersonal skills with a genuine love for connecting with people
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously
- Ability to learn new technology and information quickly

**Strongly Preferred But Not Required**:

- Coursework in instructional design, curriculum design, teaching
- Holds a valid secret clearance or above
- Previous experience in a similar role

**Salary**: $15.75-$17.00 per hour
