**About the Position**:
The Associate will support the Sales team with administrative duties such as preparing presentation materials, expense reporting, booking meetings, calendar management and other special projects. The Associate will possess superior organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills, along with a high degree of initiative and ability to act independently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide the Sales Team with administrative assistance including preparing documents and presentation materials, drafting letters, etc.
- Create prospect profiles for all investor meetings.
- Create, update, and manage our internal Salesforce Database.
- Calendar coordination and maintain awareness of the executive’s commitments to others and assist with follow-up.
- Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations, etc.
- Prepare and submit expense reports semi-monthly.
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative position.
- Post secondary education in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset.

- Superior organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills are essential, including working effectively with management and staff at all levels of the organization.

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Superior attention to detail and a curious mind
- High degree of integrity, diplomacy, and discretion.
