**Duties and responsibilities**:
**Administrative tasks (35%)**
- Registration and maintenance of records with US Federal and State government
procurement systems
- Maintain various vendor registrations systems
- Information system database entries
- Compilation of sales reports and activities
- Administrative support to sales department
- Order verification and approval of sales

**Account receivables tasks (65%)**
- Invoicing and processing in internal ERP system
- Invoicing data entries in accounting system (Avantage)
- Maintain US Government supplier listing and submit/maintain invoicing system
- Processing of customer credit cards
- Bank accounts reconciliation
- Collection - 95% US customers (English language a must)
- Support the shipping department in the preparation of shipping and custom
documentation
- All other related tasks

**Schedule**:
Full time - 35 hours (9 to 5)

Monday to Friday

**Qualifications required**:

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Avantage accounting software an asset
- Knowledge of Word, Excel (intermediary)
- Bilingual - Functional French - English required (95% American clients)
- AEC or DEC in accounting an asset

- Minimum 3-5 ans expérience dans un poste similaire

- Connaissance du logiciel comptable Avantage (atout)
