**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Supervise, direct, lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department, including New and Previously-Owned sub-Departments
- Implement all systems, scheduling and procedures in the Sales Department
- Maintain high profitability in all areas and keep all departmental expenses under strict control
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
- Supervise the ordering of stocks of vehicles, based on the objectives established
- Meet with the New and Previously-Owned Vehicles Sales Managers to establish monthly and yearly objectives for the numbers of units to be sold, gross profit, expenses and operating profit
- Manage and devise the media plan and various advertising and promotional campaigns

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven ability to lead and motivate others
- Proven track record of successful sales, customer service and personnel management
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
- Must have valid OMVIC and Driver’s Licence

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
