**What You'll Do**:
As a **Lead Development Representative**, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by engaging with potential clients through warm calls. Leads will be provided to you, ensuring you focus on quality interactions.

**Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Utilizing provided leads to connect with potential clients through warm calls.
- Generating interest, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings.
- Channeling qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
- Familiarizing yourself with our services to effectively address prospective clients' needs.
- Maintaining an organized database of prospective client information.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Demonstrated strong phone presence and comfort with warm calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

**Additional Details**:

- Must successfully complete a two-week PACE University paid training program, conducted virtually.
