L’unité d'affaires Pâte et tissu est à la recherche de personnes compétentes en vue de pourvoir un poste de vice-président, exploitations de pâte pour ses usines de l'Amérique du nord.

**Vos défis**:
Le titulaire de ce poste est responsable du fonctionnement global, de la direction et de la gestion de plusieurs usines d’exploitations de pâte. Le poste relève du premier vice-président, Exploitations et rend régulièrement compte du rendement des opérations de la division à la haute direction. Les subordonnés directs à ce poste comprennent les directeurs généraux d'usine de pâte. En plus de superviser les opérations d'exploitations, ce rôle vise à optimiser les performances de chaque usine en collaboration avec l'équipe d'amélioration continue.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Leader clé de l'équipe d’exploitation de pâte et tissu pour définir l'orientation/vision et la stratégie afin de maximiser la performance de l'organisation ;
- Dirige avec passion la sécurité - Construit une culture où la sécurité est une valeur fondamentale ; s'assurer que les installations suivent les programmes, politiques et pratiques de sécurité requis par l'entreprise dans toutes les opérations ;
- Veiller à ce que les usines respectent en toute sécurité toutes les règles environnementales et les meilleures pratiques pour soutenir les lois fédérales, provinciales et locales ;
- Contribue à favoriser une solide culture de gestion de la performance et collabore avec les dirigeants pour développer et atteindre les indicateurs et objectifs clés ;
- Travailler en collaboration avec les dirigeants du site pour maximiser le potentiel de chaque site attribué ;
- Surveille et suit la performance de chaque installation en exploitation ;
- Tient les installations responsables des éléments sous leur contrôle ;
- Fournit activement un encadrement au directeur général de chaque usine ainsi qu’à leurs équipes ;
- S'assure que les ressources de support critiques sont priorisées pour prendre en charge et optimiser les usines afin de maximiser les performances ;
- Aligne les stratégies d’exploitation pour soutenir la stratégie commerciale ;
- Maintenir des normes d'exploitation cohérentes, y compris atteindre les objectifs conformes aux spécifications des clients et répondre aux attentes en matière de qualité et de livraison ;
- Respecte des normes de qualité élevées au niveau des produits finis ainsi qu’au niveau des pratiques au niveau de l'emploi ;
- S'assurer que les usines ont le support nécessaires pour produire efficacement et à des coûts optimaux, soutenir les développements techniques et les améliorations des processus actuels ;
- Joue un rôle essentiel dans le processus budgétaire pour s'aligner sur les objectifs commerciaux. Contribue à l'élaboration des plans opérationnels stratégiques et gère l'exécution du plan et du budget associé ;
- S'assure que les usines répondent aux buts et objectifs financiers budgétisés ;
- Collabore avec les RH pour retenir et développer les leaders critiques et les futurs talents ;

**Votre profil**:

- Mentalité axée sur la sécurité d'abord
- Diplôme universitaire en sciences des pâtes et papiers, en ingénierie, en commerce, en finance ou dans un autre domaine connexe
- 15 ans d'expérience en fabrication
- Expérience en tant que vice-président dans le domaine manufacturier
- Expérience complète en gestion des opérations, y compris une compréhension et une expérience approfondies des tactiques opérationnelles, de gestion optimisée, de l'amélioration continue, des stratégies et des meilleures pratiques
- Solides compétences en gestion d'exécution, sens financier et compétences analytiques
- Capacité à mettre en œuvre des changements, à faire les choses différemment et à remettre en question le statu quo
- Compétences interpersonnelles et solides en leadership
- La maîtrise du français est considérée comme un atout
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication
