**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team, reporting to the Head of Product, Optical. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our optical navigation product line. You will collaborate closely with global, cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that meet market needs and drive revenue growth. You will predominantly focus on upstream Product Management, specifically market research and product development, for navigation consumable products. Additionally, you will work closely with fellow Product Managers to create comprehensive launch and growth strategies for consumables within both business-to-business and business-to-consumer models.

**Scope of Responsibilities**:

- Be a key contributor to the development and execution of product strategies for our optical product line.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Define product requirements, features, and the roadmap in collaboration with fellow Product Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate on product launch activities and go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Contribute to developing go-to-market plans (GTM) for products, marketing strategies and product launches.
- Work closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Work as part of the Global Product Management team, collaborating with colleagues across regions to drive global product initiatives.
- Contribute to NDI's reputation as a leader in medical device technology by working with world-leading medical device companies.
- Collaborating, and assuming the leadership role, of defining the future of navigation technology by leveraging NDI's world-leading navigation technology.

**Education and Professional Qualifications**:

- MBA, Business Degree, Applicable Science Degree, or other relevant degrees.
- 5+ years in Product Management or Product Marketing in a B2B and/or B2C technology company in the medical sector preferred.
- Preferential consideration for those with Product Management experience in medical consumables.
- Preferential consideration for those with experience in NDIs core markets of Neurosurgery, Spine Surgery, or Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans.
