**Responsibilities**:
Support the Vice president and Human Resources Manager with administrative duties and ad hoc projects as requested

Coordinate meetings - scheduling, material preparation/distribution, conference room preparation, minutes and follow up on action plans

Enter orders and process payments through the ERP system

Manage potential leads in CRM, creating leads or opportunities and assigning to sales team for follow up

Assist with presentation and proposal preparation

Follow-up phone calls with customers as needed

Maintain the HRIS system, input employee data, and maintain employee files

Assist in communicating and distributing HR related material

Coordinate On-Boarding and Off-Boarding activities

Oversee office supplies and services, including restocking supplies

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant supporting Senior Leaders

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), both in articulating ideas and gathering input from key stakeholders

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Able to complete projects with mínimal direction

Strong technology proficiency

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

**Salary**: From $47,000.00 per year
