**Description du poste**:
Reporting to the MRO Business Support Manager, the MRO Methods Engineering Team Leader is responsible for the overall performance of the Methods Team, the interpretation of the technical requirements to the shop floor and coordinating the activity directly related to this process.

**Description compl�mentaire**:

- Manage the team in order to decide appropriate repair/overhaul methods and processes and write master repair layouts and other associated documents and procedures for landing gear components.
- Manage team to develop and revise travelers in SAP and focus on process improvements.
- Review Concessions, Non Conforming Report (NCR's), Deficiency Report and Engineering Disposition (DRED's), Repair Engineering Order (REO's), CRS drawings and Deviation Reports and create methods to establish repair cost.
- Review periodically production/manufacturing methods and establish new repair costs as applicable.
- Providing Technical coordination in support of detailed Repair Process Layouts.
- Responsible for design of small/medium shop aids / tooling/ fixtures to support the shop floor
- Liaise with design Engineering, Sub-Contractors, etc. to resolve all Technical issues.
- Support technical requirement for on-site audits (Internal / External Audits)
- Support timely and effective investigation and closure of all found non-conformances or letters of disclosure (Using 8D methodology, root cause corrective action and failure analysis reports)
- Support root cause / corrective actions related to non-quality and any process improvements that can be implemented
- Provide strong leadership to the team to set and accomplish KPIs and drive improvement
- Support the strategic deployment of operational technology and any purchase/ deployment of new technology/equipment

**Exigences du poste**:

- Degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent
- 5 years experience in quality or technical role
- Management and people development experience an asset
- Aerospace Industry Product and Process knowledge
- Understanding of maintenance principals, methods and tool design
- Able to read and interpret Manufacturing Drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances, Boeing and Military specifications and Component Maintenance Manuals.
- Quality principles, standards and procedures, CAR561, CAR571, CAR573, AS9100
