As an Salesforce Analyst, you will learn and gain experience in the following areas:

- Eliciting customer requirements and translating them into solutions
- Designing customer processes and data models
- Writing and executing test scripts
- Implementing Salesforce successfully
- Project planning and scheduling
- Support internal projects
- Help with sales, marketing, and operations

**Key Attributes and Experience**
- You love to work with other people. You get a lot of satisfaction from helping others.
- Desire to work in the technology industry and build software solutions.
- Naturally detail-oriented, methodical, and structured in the way you work.
- Qualifications in project management and business analysis a plus.
- Salesforce development and config an advantage.
- Fluency in English. French speaking a bonus.

- **Salesforce Analyst. A Day in the Life**:_

**Morning**:

- Your morning starts with the preparation for our daily standup. You review yesterday's work and ensure you have a full update ready for your manager
- In the daily standup, you walk through your open projects including blockers. You recommend solutions to your teammates and plan your day ahead
- You are in requirements workshops with a new client until noon shadowing a senior consultant

**Lunch**
- Its off to a client lunch where you build relationships and learn about a new project

**Afternoon**
- You schedule a series of meetings for a client and summarize the minutes from this morning meetings.
- By the afternoon, you have a coaching session with your manager and discuss plans for an exciting new project.
- Work on self-development, for example study for exams/certifications and prepare client meetings.
- You are looking forward to tomorrow, with sales meetings in the morning and client training in the afternoon.
