Salesforce Functional Analyst

Location : Montréal, hybrid 3 days in the office

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interprets strategic vision and ensures team can understand it.
  • Manages backlog - ensures priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy.
  • Communicates team commitments with BRM.
  • Meets regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receives feedback from deliveries.
  • Organizes team activities collaboratively.
  • Documents end-to-end processes for business and help desk.
  • Works with BA's as required to ensure business requirements are clear.
  • Breaks down business requirements into user stories - readies work for team.
  • Organizes and facilitates regular team ceremonies including daily huddle, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a university degree in a field related to IT.
  • 5 years of experience in a functional analyst position with knowledge or experience of Salesforce CRM system
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL).
  • Experience in the implementation of information system from A to Z and process analysis.
  • Perfectly bilingual (French / English).
  • Experience with the Agile approach.

Votre nouvelle entreprise :

Notre client est une entreprise familiale leader dans l'industrie du recyclage des métaux. Leur engagement en faveur de la durabilité et de la responsabilité environnementale est à l'origine de leur mission d'élimination efficace des métaux, des véhicules hors d'usage et des déchets de construction.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Interpréter la vision stratégique et s'assurer que l'équipe peut la comprendre.
  • Gère l'arriéré - s'assure que les priorités et l'information sont exactes et alignées sur la stratégie.
  • Communiquer les engagements de l'équipe avec BRM.
  • Se réunit régulièrement avec les entreprises et le BRM pour s'aligner sur les nouvelles demandes et reçoit des commentaires sur les livraisons.
  • Organiser les activités de l'équipe en collaboration.
  • Documente les processus de bout en bout pour l'entreprise et le service d'assistance.
  • Travailler avec les BA au besoin pour s'assurer que les exigences de l'entreprise sont claires.
  • Décompose les exigences de l'entreprise en récits utilisateur - prépare le travail d'équipe.
  • Organise et anime régulièrement les cérémonies d'équipe, y compris les réunions quotidiennes, la planification des sprints, la préparation de l'arriéré, les rétrospectives et les démonstrations.

Exigences:

  • Être titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine lié à l'informatique.
  • 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste d'analyste fonctionnel avec connaissance ou expérience du système CRM Salesforce
  • Expérience dans le secteur industriel ou manufacturier.
  • Expérience avec les bases de données relationnelles (SQL).
  • Expérience dans la mise en place de systèmes d'information de A à Z et l'analyse de processus.
  • Parfaitement bilingue (français/anglais).
  • Expérience avec l'approche Agile.
