Jerry Savelle Ministries Inc. Canada is seeking to hire a **Partner Support Representative**. The role of **Partner Support Representative** is foundational to the success of the ministry and its primary objective is to serve and communicate effectively.

**Primary Role & Responsibilities**
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward partners, callers and co-workers at all times
- Exhibit enthusiasm with practical knowledge for continual relationship building with all partners and callers
- Process Partner mail with another team member, notate information
- Open and maintain daily file, copy cheques, process credit card, enter into QuickBooks and keep an ongoing record of Partner donations on MS Excel sheet
- Type thank you letter to each Partner and send monthly thank you compact disc (cd)
- Process auto credit cards and Electronic Funds Transfers on the 1st and 15th

of each month
- Send monthly MP3’s to Partners who prefer this to cd
- Maintain Weekly Income Breakdown Report for each month
- Reconciliation of Canadian Tour Financials with another team member
- Make monthly cds as needed
- Willing to assist where needed

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma and some college desired, or equivalent on the job experience
- Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent working knowledge of desk-top computer, data entry, MS Word and MS Excel, 10-Key and use of the internet as a research tool
- Able to count and balance large sums of cash, cheques and process credit cards accurately and quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Adapt quickly and positively to changing work situations
- Able to work in an active environment and maintain focus
- Reliable Transportation
- Able to sit up to 7 hours daily
- Must maintain confidentiality of JSMI business and donor accounts

**Other Considerations**
- Work experience in a Christian ministry or church
- Born-again believer
- Familiar with Jerry Savelle Ministries International
- Aligned personal values with JSMI values, vision and mission statement
