**Position Overview**:
**Pay and hours**:
This is a hybrid position with flexible hours, a base pay, and commission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site visits within the GTA to provide quotes and estimates for residential/commercial fences and decks
- Take measurements and make rough sketches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate fence and deck solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to promote company products and services
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue
- Accurately measure and estimate material quantities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates
- Present estimates to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities
- Identify opportunities for business growth and recommend strategies to enhance sales performance

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales and estimation
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge in construction industry best practices
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for accurate estimation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in using estimation software and other relevant tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Have their own vehicle and a valid drivers licence.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Commission, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ajax, ON L1S 1P2
